The main activity of TsSP BZS LLC is the production of cement-bonded particleboard, the implementation of the latest and most efficient technologies.
The choice of the place for the construction of the plant was not accidental. It was determined by its immediate proximity to forests, since the plant focuses on wood from neighboring forestries, and the proximity to the main supplier of raw materials - OJSC Krichevkementnoshifer. Aluminum sulfate and liquid glass are supplied by manufacturers from Gomel and Domanovo.
The center of the plant complex is a new production building with the area of more than 15 thousand sq.m, where it is installed the production line of cement-bonded particleboard of the German company Binos GmbH, a well-known European manufacturer.
Cement-bonded particleboard (CSP) is a universal building material with unique properties.
These particleboards combine strength and durability of cement with flexibility and ease of wood treatment. Thanks to its technical and qualitative characteristics, cement-bonded particleboard are widely used in construction and in repair restoration work, as well as in architecture and interior design.
The usage of CSP makes it possible to significantly reduce the time and money resources, as well as optimize the building maintenance due to durability, strength and other useful qualities of this material.
Cement-chip slabs are successfully used both for large construction projects and for the construction of cottages and houses.
