Foreign Limited Liability Company "Omsk Carbon Mogilev" is the only company in Belarus that produces black carbon.
On June 30, 2013, an investment agreement was signed between the Republic of Belarus and Omsk Carbon Mogilev on the implementation of the investment project "Construction of the black carbon production plant in the FEZ Mogilev". On July 29, 2014, the construction of a black carbon production plant began. The Omsk Carbon Mogilev project includes five launch complexes, among them four launch complexes, CHP and the central warehouse. The prospective project capacity of Omsk Carbon Mogilev is 200 thousand tons of black carbon per year.
